ReplyThe building he was in was a public building, by law they are required to have panic bars on all exits which you can not lock from the inside, meaning even if the door is locked on the outside you can still open it from the inside. The only to bar the use of these doors is to chain them shut which is also against the law. So what locked doors are they talking about?
