NOOOOOO! Stop doing that. I broke my 6th vertebrae and was paralyzed, had to have surgery and they welled my 4th, 5th And 6th vertebrae together. What came after was medieval torture, they put a Halo on my “WHILE I WAS WAKE” ….. had to sleep, shit shower and walk with that on and 4 SCREWS INTO MY HEAD! …for 3 months, and then a year of physical therapy. I was only 30ys old and living my best life when that happened. It changed my life for ever. I live with pain all the time.😢life is long stop doing that please 🙏🏼
