survival skills & how to use a gun can be taught in a short time. The ability to handle the horros of war, that’s something that can’t be taught. Leadership & critical thinking however, are necessary for organizing & directing a militia and will help you & your fellow fighters survive.
My thing is, there cant be a civil war if no one wants to fight in it, same with world wars, but i guess there are some people who want it but i think its a waste of time and resources.
