Sounds more like what disney thought ghosts sound would like in the 50’s
ReplyAmbulances are for dead people.
ReplyWow
ReplyAs of 6:00am EDT on the morning of August 2nd,, there are no closed captioning or subtitles available for this video. This is why the people managing this channel are going to experience emergency medical services firsthand here pretty soon. If you don’t want to accommodate the Deaf? That’s fine. Let’s see how much the hospital staff will accommodate you while you’re in traction. Now go ahead and screenshoot this and send it to the police; they literally won’t do anything about this post and you’ll be saying acab while you’re in the ICU.
ReplyWorked on EMS for years, all accurate. I’m glad somebody is finally saying it. Most medics work 2 full time jobs just to make end’s meat
ReplyAnother reason US is a f-ed up country. God damn, hyper capitalist propaganda has done a number on this culture
Reply1:11 Why is nobody talking about the sign interpretator lmao
Reply15:29 And John proves himself to be the Billy Mays of America’s shittyness
ReplyI was in septic shock, literally dying, and I chose to call my friend to take me to the hospital. Which was about an hour of waiting and drive time. Just to avoid ambulance costs. Not once, but twice I did this.
ReplyI’m an army emt looking change jobs cause when I retire from the army I dont want to have given 20 years to my country to make minimum wage.
ReplySo, as with every video about the US … Germany has its faults. No doubt about that. But America is so fucked up. It treats its people so badly it’s insane. Imagine working in such a crucial job and not only don’t you earn enough to pay your bills, you don’t even get insurance. Health insurance should be a basic human right, especially in a country as wealthy as the US. And how are EMS not essential?!
ReplyGreat story. I just had to drive to the emergency room on Monday.
ReplyAnother depressing fact this video glosses over, that there can’t be a Kermit the Frog, George Clooney, and John Oliver Sing, Clap, and Snap along song.
Reply“C’mon Dan, be an ally. read a tweet”
ReplyDont thank me. Pay me. Basically.
ReplyI suffered a stroke at home. I am thankful for the amazing paramedics who took care of me. I wasn’t so thankful for thr $2184 I ended up paying out of pocket for that 10 minute ride to the hospital. The American Health care system is f*****.
ReplyThis video is a great argument for defund the police, and medicare for all, or maybe just reorganizing the entire economic and political structure of the united states. Burn it down.
ReplyAt the very latest, when people REFUSE Emergency Help because of the cost, you should know, that your healthcare system is fucked up and needs reform.
Emergency Services should be for free, like in most parts of the civilized world!
ReplyDo you people in the US get ANYTHING for your taxes? I really can’t tell what your taxes are used for other than the military… And even for that only for expensive toys and not for the people working in the military….
