Let’s not underestimate the self-hatred facet. I agree with what she said, but there is a faction of Latinos and Hispanics that don’t want that label or look down on minorities. It’s the same with Asians and Indians as well. They just want to fit in, and by downing other minorities they think they can ride under the radar.

100% right! My gf is from Colombia. She saw Qanon stuff en Español; communista en Español; etc. She told me it was on Whatsapp and TikTok. I had a difficult time telling her it was all nonsense.
The real question is why is the daily show putting out material and there is a writers strike going on I miss my late night shows but I support the riders with all my heart
