I really hope Brendan wins an Oscar because he got blacklisted from Hollywood for claiming that the president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association sexually abused him.

I like Brendan Fraser, but I didn’t particularly like watching him in the whale film scene spanking his monkey to internet videos in a sweaty fat suit. I’m not sure what the point of that scene was. The whole film was just boring… great actor, bad movie. I really don’t know why the film exists or who its audience is supposed to be. It’s not enjoyable cinematically in any way. It’s just depraved art. You might enjoy it if you want to spend over an hour watching a fat guy never leave his room. I think I’ll stick with him in The Mummy or George of the Jungle.
