ReplyHe’s unrecognizeable! People may remember him as the host of the quiz show on Billy Madison who berates Billy and ends “may god have mercy on your soul”.

ReplyOne of my favorite Downey spoken sketches was the Grayson Moorehead brokers ad. Where they state their working principles of taking customers money and making sure they don’t lose the list where they keep names and amounts.

Replywas he also the guy behind the lash larue “whipmaster” sketch with bill murray? that has lived rent-free in my mind since I was in pre-k thirty years ago.

ReplyI didn’t know Jim Downey was the prinicpal in Billy Madison! Best monologue ever. Wish they could of talked other scenes he was in.
