    Fantastic book! Just read it again (perfect sequel to “The Late Shift,”) and the anecdote from Lorne at the end is chilling and poignant.

    I remember reading at time of Tonight Show-Conan-transition about the demos, that even if ranked lower in overall ratings, Conan had a very strong demo in young adults who are what the advertisers are really hot for. So that made him a strong commodity, because he was hitting the right spots, rather than a wide spread.
