ReplyI do agree with everything said here and it’s rather sad that this has not been mentioned anywhere but if I have a take away from this, at least they’re not using hate to make people hate asylum seekers. IDK if which is worse though, on one hand it’s not dehumanizing them, making them some evil in the eyes of their voters, but on another hand, they’re completely silent on the issue. republicans might be used to broken promises and hate but it’s disappointing to see dems not doing their best to alleviate it.
Also, isn’t it kinda funny how fox and republicans are not outraged by this? They seem to like Biden’s inaction and would want him to do worse.

Meanwhile, the humanitarian crisis at the border is real and horrific. Any and every small step forward is needed, including helping the origin countries to improve their living conditions so people aren’t desperate to leave them.

My neighbors had numerous migrants break into his house, kids have been threatened, our local economy has gone to shi.t by giving them help when our local LEGAL residents all out of luck because the city can not afford to help them. Many being veterans. Most of the crime committed in our area is by these people. Oh, and all apps have glitches it has nothing to do with racism, on the 711 app or paying my electric bill it doesnt scan my card, it keeps using the wrong email that does not mean racism. How can anyone see some british accented f. Ag talk sh. I.t about the US.
