I live in a state that is deciding to ban birth control. I take birth control for my endometriosis/ low estrogen/Fibroids and Cyst. Birth control goes beyond protecting from pregnancy. Women use it to help with health issues. Does that mean I will have to consider getting a hysterectomy before even having a choice if I decide to have children? With these conditions Pregnancies are high risk. Women will be brought into criminal charges for there own body. Why isn’t anyone bringing up this topic?

Interesting how it’s being presented by so many on here as if SCOTUS just made an anti abortion law. All they did is move the power back to the states. If the constituents of the state want abortions, then they get to vote on it. If not, they get to vote on it. We are states united under a constitution. An amendment can be made if the we want a universal condition either legal or not.

Wouldn’t it of been easier trying to deal with WHY women get abortions (ending poverty, supporting healthcare, supporting birth-controls, etc…) than this multi-decade long scam to outlaw it?

You are right, trevor. I never thought of it that way. The GOP & the rich karens, want the “general women” public, to “go backwards”– take a jump back, because regular women are closing in on equality to them. Who’s gonna be their assistants, maids, hoes, servers, waitress, you know, lower rank women?? How will they SHAME these women who have abortions & are lgbtq+ if it’s accepted & legal?? They don’t want to get off their high horse, no no no. Suddenly, they’re not better & purer & high&mightier?? Cannot be.

oh, they’re “protecting life”. The life of unborn white babies! This whole anti-abortion movement is the same as replacement theory! The white supremacists want to force white women to sow more white babies because they don’t want to be replaced by brown and black babies!! That’s why they cared so much about abolishing abortion but, not providing any healthcare or paid family leave to everyone else! They don’t want to promote brown and black families from having babies!!! This whole thing is racist, and we really have to show up in huge numbers and vote out the GOP and all their white supremacist cronies from the government in 2022, 2024 and beyond!!!
