Reply“Defund the police” didn’t mean “abolish the police.” It meant shifting some of the resources away from the police and to alternatives to them.
I don’t agree it’s the right answer (we should tackle the root causes of crime, *then* shift resources to alternatives to the police) but it shouldn’t be mischaracterized.
ReplyThe left doesn’t have a Trump cult (headed by the “Freedom Caucus”) or a paramilitary Sturmabteilung threatening their party members to fall in line or face domestic terrorist harm to themselves, their families and their friends.
Question for Mr. Cuomo: who on the far left is scaring the Democratic party into insanity like that? You think anyone on “The Squad” is capable of that? If not, then who is left of them who has both that power and that intent?

ReplyTara Reid was literally a Russian asset, her family was under threat in Russia of being imprisoned or killed so everything she said was, at best, under duress and not admissible in court. She then went back to Russia to be a Russian mouthpiece. Everybody knew she was part of a Putin election plot to sink Biden. There was also evidence she was mentally ill. Cuomo is still in denial that an investigation concluded he committed sexual assault and harassment and he’s only on Real Time because he thinks he can still revive his career if his ego is big enough.
