I flew Alaska from LAX to PDX in July and we had a multi hour delay due to someone hearing noises. They said they found nothing and we also go no free ticket, no rebate, no dinner even unless a person demanded it angrily. In addition they allowed someone who was clearly very sick coughing and sneezing to board, and I wound up with Covid 19. I am sure all the flight crew did too, but when I told the airlines I came down with it after that horrid flight with long delay they said they had no list of who rode to contact anybody including the crew to let them know they were all exposed! Well bullshit, you all have a list who is boarding, when we purchase the ticket they require our name!
That is when I realized they didn’t check to see if the tin can was safe for us, they checked to be sure they didn’t lose a good money making plane if it crashed.

remember when Boeing moved several manufacturing lines out of Washington because the labor was cheaper? the problem parts all come off cheaper lines. how much money are they saving?

The Boeing 747max is dangerous. I lost a beloved friend in the Ethiopian airlines crash. Not only is the software terrible but the engines were moved too far forward. Any engineer will tell you. AND Boeing are just getting away with it. TWO planes have already gone down. There is ZERO independent quality control.
