Because Starbucks is a lifestyle, status symbol or a facsimile for a personality while Dunkin is for people who have things to do and just want coffee and donuts. So the goal is to get people in and out quickly, easily and cheaply.
Promoting stabucks….sucks. A company that refuses worker to have a union for better pay, health care, vacation etc.
I stopped using Starbucks since it refused a union.
