    Lol they got it backwards, today minority groups hate and fight invisible “systemic racism” and blame white people for slavery that ended 150+ years ago.

    Well imagine that. A respectful discourse.

    U impeach a drummer by putting eye drops into his water bottle’s contents // the last freedom is the freedom to be able to play music without song/sound, the spirit does not reach its highest realm (paraphrasing Bulworth the movie).

    BRILLIANT interview. What an awesome analogy! I must share this with my friend who happens to be a jazz musician.

    This guy must be crazy. The only way to improve cooperation, and livability in ‘America’ is if there is a massive solar flare to collapse this fake evil country.

    Gerrymandering is a way to keep us from swinging. Elections are only as fair as the districts legislators create.

    i feel bill missed an opportunity to talk about the fact that everyone is afraid to say anything disagreeing with woke ideology or you are basically unemployable. i know that wynton signed the harpers letter and he could really help if he were to acknowledge that what is now happening is wrong.

    My old band director always had us play in 120 because the second hand on the clock in the back of the room was his metronome.

    I was hoping this would turn into Drummer bashing and it did not disappoint.

    3:35 Miles actually went out of his way to create friction between members of his band. Gary Bartz told a story about how Keith Jarrett was playing all this crazy stuff over his solo, so Gary went to Miles and told him he wasn’t happy with how Keith was comping. Miles said he’d talk to him. After that, Keith is doing even MORE of the crazy stuff, while looking at Gary and smiling. Gary was furious. Years later James Mtume told him what really happened. Miles called Keith into the room and said;
    “Keith… Gary loves what you’re doing, and he wants more….”

    Respectfully I couldn’t disagree more with Wyntons conclusions…..his thoughts are emotionally charged…but are not fully formed with educated facts…..meaning well he talks from an half informed heart….Out of respect Bill has to hold himself back from pointing them out..
    which makes for a NICE …..but poor interview…..
