The absolute crap we could clean up with a little law such as that. The senate all on its own would be almost entirely replaced. Along with the supreme court. Which would be AWESOME!
No one will ever go a day in public without coming within 2 feet of a person entirely mentally incompetent to perform the job they currently possess.
