Nick Offerman, whose new book is called “Where the Deer and the Antelope Play: The Pastoral Observations of One Ignorant American Who Loves to Walk Outside,” considers himself a vessel through whom his friends and brilliant wife Megan Mullally can try out their ideas, like an RV trip across America. #Colbert #MakingIt #NickOfferman
You gotta be careful about asking for “the full hookup.” It may mean different things to different people.
ReplyNick’s parents weren’t wrong. Stephen got us through tough times!
ReplyOf course Nick owns an Airstream. His wife he’s great taste. One of his hand built canoes would look straight up perfect on top of that thing

ReplyThe idea of driving around the US during Covid because you’re not allowed to fly is aggravating. The reason you can’t fly is so that you don’t spread your germs to other places. So because the states can’t close their borders, you decided to flout the spirit of the lockdown by driving around and spreading your viruses far a wide. Well done. Way to miss the entire point of lockdown.
ReplyThe only person other than Nick I’d rather see with Stephen is Evie, because she is the greatest. And I really like the dynamic between Charlamagne and Stephen. But Nick should probably be President — I can’t imagine him wanting the job, but he’d be great at it.
ReplyWhy didn’t he say the full title?
ReplyIt’s a free joke.
Mrs Offerman is right about ‘A Late Show’.
ReplyStephen Colbert and Jimmy Rees are getting me, and many fellow Aussies, through the seemingly endless waves of the C-19.
Meanwhile In Australia, waaaaay too many tornadoes this last week. Aussie tornadoes, not USA sizes, but 6 in 20 minutes last Thursday night put a bit of a crick in my weekend
