I miss the format of the original daily show. Don’t understand why they are taking so long to go back to it. They don’t have to have an audience or a complete one.

it’s time for america to join the rest of the world and pay workers living wages and benefits and not let them live off tips.. I have no clue how this is even legal in the first place..

That gofundme joke was so true it hurt.
Unfortunately, I can’t afford to have it treated.

This is the time to ponder on ourselves, our existence. The reason why we are here, our belief and social system that is best for us.

I was getting sick of being paid twice a month or every two weeks. That’s why I quit my job.
These companies need to start paying people every week or after every shift!

Since getting laid off at the beginning of this thing I’ve purposely stayed under employed. I don’t want to miss life anymore, even if it means less money

NOW they are seeing how valuable service jobs are. Its the service jobs that give us the quality of life we all have. Without the people flipping your burgers… YOU have to flip it YOURSELF. People got NO RESPECT for doing these jobs. Now that they arent doing them…. they see now how much they shouldve been honoring people who did them. and REWARDING THEM. So now I guess we do it the HARD way. Serves em right.
I say we twist the knife now that we got it in their backs just to teach em a lesson

I’m surprised you didn’t mention healthcare workers. It’s not a pay issue, but the nursing shortage is real. I just left a bedside position I’d held for 18+ years. Exhausted, burned out and realized I have to choose my own health now.
