When he needs a reminder of why his work as a Senator and a pastor is so important, Sen. Raphael Warnock remembers the example set by the late Rep. John Lewis who always encouraged him to keep the faith. Senator Warnock’s new book, “A Way Out of No Way,” is available everywhere now. #Colbert #AWayOutofNoWay #RaphaelWarnock

What a lovely man – and true public servant. Such humility and grace. And kool socks! Refreshing for a Congressperson. How fortunate is Georgia – and the nation.

People today will believe a thousand lies, before they will believe one truth statement.

How, possibly, can the people of Georgia not commit to keeping this wonderfully kind, intelligent and thoughtful man to represent the people of Georgia in the US Senate? Here in Utah we haven’t seen his likes in many many years. For 2022, we’re just sifting through the dregs and hoping for the emergence of somebody to aspire to similar greatness for Utah. So godspeed to Senator Warnock and the good people of Georgia. And please wish us luck over here in Utah for our much needed house cleaning. God willing, the best is yet to come for Georgia, Utah and the USA!

Ebenezer is a church I wish I could experience. I am a disillusioned mostly white American whom just can’t go to a church that votes Republican, or that can’t wear a mask to protect the weaker person who has an incurable disease. I can’t go to a church that I haven’t seen the people in that church live out Jesus’s Spirit. We have to do better than the old gaurd, Biden broke his word.

I’m an atheist, so of course I believe in the separation of church and state. But it is inspiring when Christians actually act like Jesus. The Bible says very clearly that people must show compassion to their neighbours and help the poor, and that a nation that helps the poor will be prosperous. It doesn’t say anywhere that God will destroy the world because of gay sex and abortions. It says that if the leaders don’t help the poor and vulnerable, God won’t even have to destroy the nation, the leaders will take care of that on their own. I feel like Sen. Warnock has read these parts of the Bible, which many “Christians” have missed. It’s not enough to make me believe in God, but I will say that the world would be a better place if it contained more Christians like Senator Warnock and Stephen Colbert.

“focused on the next election, rather than the next generation” wow. I’m an atheist and I usually steer clear of overtly religious candidates, but please keep electing him Georgia – he’s one of your best.

A reminder that as a small donors, it’s time for me to contribute to this great man’s campaign again. How can the likes of Hershel Walker stand a chance against this public servant? My daughter has Type 1 diabetes, may God bless Senator Warnock for his awareness and his cap-the-cost bill.
