ReplyI’ve worn cloth masks for the past two years and social distanced and haven’t caught Covid yet. My cloth masks do fit tightly though and are well padded, so that might be why.

ReplyActually, as a governing body, it should be easy to provide instructions or even mandates to the populace. Problem is, in America, the government often have to walk this fine line between enforcement and pandering. It’s political.

Reply4:33 First, CDC, you’re making it too complicated here; _way_ too complicated. The general public doesn’t _deal_ with complication. Complications breed mistakes and mistakes facilitate the spread of COVID.

Make it simple and consistent. Build in safety margins if you have to, but make it simple and consistent.
