Let me e completely frank – the reason I like Obama is because of the wife he chose and how he loves her. As a mixed race or black man in the U.S., you rarely see a man of tis background (i.e. mixed race/black) fall in love with and marry a black woman that is what most black women in the U.S. and other parts of the world look like. In other words, she can be my sister, my best friend, my mother – she’s not a model or a trophy “wife” type. She is a highly intelligent, smart, beautiful, charismatic woman that we see every day on our way to work, in our offices, etc. A man who can find, fall in love with and keep a woman like that while running for president of the U.S. and after being president of the U.S., that is a man that I know looks at himself and loves himself. When you love yourself you want to partner with someone of your stature and not own a luxury wife.

Really enjoying Obama’s book atm, but these cosy interviews make the media and democrats look like a club. Politicians, no matter how much we might like them, should be held to account in interviews. If not, the public will lose even more faith in the media

What trump can never get over is the fact that after 4 years of trump, Obama is still Mr President and trump is a poor comparison. He never got there, and Mitch McConnell lost his battle even though he tried to stop Obama at every turn. Obama is the same humble guy, and my copy of his book arrived at my door today, a must have.

The worst part of this interview is that it’s too short. I would watch this for a full day. It’s not only interesting, funny, inspiring but it’s also soothing. It’s like good reassurance for someone who value reason and decently.

Barack Obama is The Charisma. Donald Trump is the Anti-Charisma.
