James Corden asks 44th President of the United States Barack Obama about the stories in his book “Promised Land” that recalled the time he became superstitious on his first campaign trail, as he met people across the country who gave him their good luck charms. And he shares with us what rituals he had before his presidential debates, including what was on his playlist.

Thank you President Obama for being so awesome
ReplyBarack Obama= Always INSPIRING! The real deal. Can’t fake what he has. Great spirit, heart, soul, smart and articulate. FUN AND FUNNY.
ReplyWhat was on it. A continuation of despicable lies which marked his political career. He is the one who got over. The goal of himself and ilk who are likeminded. Don’t day you never met one,,, you have.
Replythe ‘Farley File’…
ReplyThe creepy tuesday locally fade because partridge conservatively analyse athwart a nifty algebra. zealous, defiant rhythm
ReplyThis is the funniest Obama-Book-Interview
ReplyThis is BS. This show is better than ever, even with the world’s situation. Keep it up!!
ReplyI loved the story about the charms he got from people. And I totally understand his desire to carry it with him. It’s not about superstition, it’s about carrying the goodwill and good intentions of people whom he has affected, and using it to lift his spirits and remind himself what it’s all about.
ReplyAlways a true gentleman could listen to him for hours.
ReplyImagine being the guy that he wrote about in his book, but never actually reading his book?
ReplyA pocket full of charms and rocking out! Human and awesome.
ReplyDamn no monologue I was hoping to hear about the Gap or an update on the cruise ship show.
ReplyHe is so well spoken, which is such a stark contrast to the former guy. Obama is a breath of fresh air in a world full of toxic political pollution.
Replyi don’t think Obama talks too slow. I think that’s why he won. A fast talker is lying.
ReplyYou know what I find funny and what I completely agree with……All the recent video whether James Corden or not still titles the video “President Obama…………..”. I shall always tell myself that the president of the united States is Barack Obama (and I’m not even American lol). The gentleman is just simply amazing.
ReplyWhat a cool president we had
ReplyWell said!
ReplyI wish he could have been President for like 4 terms
ReplyI love this man so much!
Replyso much grace and eloquence in one person!
Btw: Pardon Snowden.
ReplyWhen a tan suit was the biggest controversy of a United States President………..No jump suits waiting for Obama.
Reply3:21 The moment James fell in love, fully. Realizing he was completely taken; totally lost, in the sea of Barak Obama’s charm and wit.
We’ve all been there James, my boy. For me, it happened over and over. Inaugural dance… Singing Marvin Gaye… Beige suit… Basketball… Jogging… Surfing… Playing with Beau… Not taking shit from Putin… Talking about his wife and daughters. Yes… we have all smiled, whilst shifting our seated position, sighing and feeling warm all over. A respectful, platonic, but somehow still very romantic love.
ReplyI love his show. It brings me so much joy.
ReplyHow did americans went from that guy to “Person… woman… man… […]”
ReplyHe became a better president.
ReplyPrez for life. He should have been voted President in perpetuity
ReplyExcept for the grey hair, he doesn’t look like he’s sixty at all.
ReplyMichelle’s Barak impression is better than Barak’s impression of himself.
ReplyBest president ever
Replyi read a comment that said obama is the one president that’s just SO cool even after his presidency people still love him and i cannot agree with that statement more
ReplyYou guys were lucky back in days when you had Obama.
ReplyI knew he was good but apparently he is better than I thought.
I love this show.
ReplyLong may this “non-profit” show live!
ReplyObama is such a cool dude.

ReplyA rare brilliant being. Bless him and his family.
ReplyNo way could tRump be the way that Barack Obama is: natural, honest, generous, integrity-filled. And fun!!!
Replywhat a beautiful story about people giving him things of luck-whether you are superstitious or not, that is carrying the good wishes of people. and i love that he can laugh about himself getting into a groove with his earbuds in 🙂
ReplyHahaha. Obama doing witchy ass shit. Fucking love it!
ReplyF Obama. He accomplished nothing except bragging about killing Usama, which he didn’t (the soldiers did). And after the disappointment and failed hopes he left the public life and went having fun with his rich and famous friends and went writing books about how good a president he was.
Replylol….. no ‘lucky socks’ for Obama!! thats GOOD to know.
ReplyNow Im going to wonder if thats why my socks always disappear…..
?????? :))
44’s depth of thought, critical thinking skill and ability to clearly verbalize his thoughts is such a contrast to 45’s! Real substance to this man as opposed to a fraudulent reality TV personality. Unfortunately it seems a significant segment of the American population thinks views reality TV as real.
