A reporter must be on the scene risking their lives because viewers have never before seen a hurricane. Their noble and critical sacrifice won’t soon be forgotten.

I swear to God one of the requirements for being a weatherman is no regard for the weather. You don’t got to go out and show us that it’s windy and blowing s*** around dangerously…. We can see the dangerous things flying around without the human as a size reference.

Jim Cantore! Get smart, man! Do as you advise and DON’T GO OUT IN THAT STUFF! You can televise it just fine without endangering your life, we can SEE what gets blown around.

Anyone besides me think it is MONUMENTALLY STUPID to stand out in a hurricane?
These reporters are not playing with a full deck. Their program managers and producers should be sued for putting employees in harm’s way.
What’s next, showing us how to drown?
