ReplyWe should have more people like her, less people trying to force their religion on other people. LOOKING AT YOU TEXAS REPUBLICANS, FU!!!!!
ReplyPeople should not be ashamed about their bodies or sexuality, the places with most teen births are those that promote abstinence only!!!
Just make sure your kid is asking about reproduction, instead of them being curious about where the other children relocated from.
ReplyIf you want to end misogyny, it starts with helping boys and girls, by NOT defining femaleness and maleness for them at every turn from birth, by preventing physical and sexual assault, by providing positive and useful vocabulary around conflict resolution, the body, gender, sex, and other topics. Misogyny will not end because adults win arguments or write think pieces. The work is literally at ground level.

Love Elizabeth Bankstown!
We need more strong women speaking up and bringing the noise!
I found my own strong woman that takes no shit, calls out my BS, and gives back all the sarcasm I dish out.
Side note: Liz bringing the stockings back!
ReplyYes, Madame. More please!
*Brillant*. When I grew up it was a tricky topic; my folks were more open than some. Mom’s mom had sat in a cold puddle to ‘stop’ unexplained menstrual blood, so they were determined; said and did some good.
ReplyIf know my mom is doing (or did) a podcast talking about sex, i would probably need years of therapy…..
