Too bad she hasn’t learned good microphone technique.
ReplyShe is young and brave! I really hope her career takes off!
ReplyLegend has it she was the inspiration for the 😬 emoji.
ReplyI like her! Her jokes are very smart. Her “What DID Jesus do?” joke was really smart, but I’m afraid it went over a lot of people’s heads. WWJD
ReplyShe’s great!! 💯💯
ReplyI’m 23, everyone laughs. I believe that’s the new line to break the ice and feel the room. I notice it with new comedians whenever the laughs aren’t coming and trying to change the subject. Also I just had sex or I’m an alcoholic etc
ReplyWally, ya don’t talk about the Syrian side, but I will just say it, I have never met a Syrian woman who wasn’t gorgeous!! Go grrrl. Be yer beautiful self. Wish ya all of the best. Peace and humour.
ReplyI thought the audience was so kind. It was nice
ReplyI like that she acknowledged her youthful appearance up front. NGL, on first sight I thought, “A 13 year old?” After her set, however, I would have preferred a 13 year old. She was totally NOT ready for this. Her delivery was off, she almost seemed to forget her own jokes, and she had more awkward pauses than William Shatner.
ReplyCongratulations to Wally for the bravery it took to take that stage – alone – in front of live, and millions in the tv audience.
ReplyWhat a great thing for the Late Show to do to give someone so new such an incredible break.
She is absolutely still very ‘green’. But she has the ‘makin’s’ (as they say); I did laugh at a lot of her jokes. I hope this opportunity helps her launch a successful career.
I’ll be watching out for her in the future. Best of luck / break a leg, Wally.
Not funny at all
ReplyHilarious… makes me want to watch more hbo high maintenance… its like Andy kaufman at his peak… im in love… this food terrible and such small portions
ReplyThe problem with having a comic on a comic’s show is the instant comparison. I have never liked a routine The Late Show has hosted like this. The guest comics have neither the experiences of the host nor the polish of his writers.
It’s just a wildly unfair setup for a rising comic to take on.
ReplyHey Wally, I’m a double finger gun kind of guy myself. We are definitely soul mates. 💞
ReplyShe’s gonna do alright. I think she needs a little time on stage, to get used to it. We’re glad to see her though!! Very welcomed artist.
Reply#WallyBaram awesoms <3
ReplyFirst comment was the best…should of went down that rabbit hole.
ReplyToo slow, too predictable. Needs work.
ReplyShe was nervous. She was good, a lot of potential.
