Trump Lies About Healthcare Again

Published on October 11, 2018

With midterm elections less than a month away the president wrote an Op-Ed in this morning’s edition of USA Today where he blasts what he calls the Democrats’ ‘Medicare for All’ policy while claiming that he kept a promise to protect coverage for those with pre-existing conditions and lower premiums. He didn’t keep that promise. Trump is also telling his supporters that when you vote for Congress in November pretend he’s the one on the ballot. Their strategy is to ‘Trump People to Death.’

It basically shows trump knows little to nothing and just says what he wants and that a people are to stupid to understand that. If Trump went on about how good water is and how bad H2O is that should be a huge wake up call and tell people not to listen but it doesn’t and its so frustrating

Rates might come down for some but that is the exception NOT the rule. I work in the employee benefits sector and have seen not only the premium costs for both employees and the employers but also what these plans actually cover for a cross section of companies all over the US.
When the rates do go up, more often than not, the employers pass the entire cost unto the employee and blame “Obamacare/ACA”.
When you see the premium rate stay the same or go down it’s because the employer and the insurance carrier have stripped the coverage down to the lowest they can get away with and/or increasing deductible and out of pocket expenses.
As long as health insurance remains in the for profit category – you will never see coverage and rates that are for the benefit of the consumer. If it’s not Medicare for all – it needs to be some other form of a not-for-profit system.

At this point, why are is anyone surprised by any of the lies he tells? What would be more newsworthy is if he were to actually tell the truth about something

What did you expect? That he tells the truth? Ahahaha!
