I am a semi-retired attorney and I looked at the Wisconsin and Pennsylvania cases of the judges wrote. In Wisconsin the judge who was a trump appointee ruled that people filing ballots because of Covid was wrong by the state, but trump’s lawyers were only asking for Milwaukee and Madison votes filed this way should not be counted instead of statewide. He stated he could only take action on the what plaintiff filed. To only discount 2 counties instead the whole state was unfair and so he denied their action.
In the Pennslyvania case Giuliani claimed to have a witness to voter fraud. The judge request that the witness testify to the affidavit that he had filed. Giuliani replied that the witness had refused to testify in open court. The judge allowed Giuliani to amend his claim and remove the fraud. Giuliani refused. This is tantamount to lying to a judge which is big no-no and is grounds for immediate disbarment, which is where he is at now.

ReplyI have become immune against COVID, simply because I have had it previously. Therefore my own flesh and blood produced an army to fight future COVID intruders. By the way, it’s your own body that knows exactly how to defend itself. Not some lab nerds making a solution!!
One more thing, I haven’t even taken the COVID vaccine!!!
