    This is obscene these people have been paid so much money they are willing to destroy the United States of America

    Took the fact that these crimes have been continuing throughout his presidency means the Congress and the Judiciary have been compromised……

    From my rocking chair I do believe that it has been proven he committed

    Crimes Against the state
    It has been proven that he has placed inside the Judiciary a man willing to lie for him and cover up his misdeeds..
    On a daily basis he receives money from the military for landing on his properties and using them as they will

    His son change the paperwork many many times for himself to gain the security clearance he
    wanted
    Diplomats and representatives of countries all over the world know that they are to stay in a Trump Hotel when they come to the United States of America

    Psychologist all over the world have diagnosed his behavior and called it a hazard to the planet

    There are many more pages of truths regarding his negative influence on United States of America the Constitution its citizens the planet Earth’s people and the environment

    All of this as a reality undeniable the sergeant of arms in the Congress of the United States of America remains actionless……..

    whereas the sergeant at Arms should remove him immediately for the protection of the United States of America.. no impeachment no subpoena no trial only immediate incarceration based on verifiable crimes against the United States of America and its citizens

    The masses nowadays are so unbelievably stupid and easy to please. That’s probably why Trump isn’t in jail yet, people are too damn stupid to realize he needs to be impeached

    I have emailed the white house website and stated that he should stop what he has started with the killing ofof our allies the Kurdish people. I am worried for the mom’s dad’s and children who are going to be killed. This will all be his fault and the Republicans who turned a blind eye. We will know the names of you all who participated in the death of kids, families and the Republicans party.

    The three branches of government are not coequal. Congress is supreme, with oversight and the ability to impeach the president and judges.

    Donald Trump likes to talk about the powers vested in him from Article II of the Constitution. I would like to bring to light, Article II, Section 4, Paragraph 1 of the Constitution as it follows:
    “The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”
    (Constitution of United States of America 1789 (rev. 1992)
    )

    One of the concerns of many is that if he does get impeached then he can, as President pardon himself. While, yes the President does have the power to grant Pardons and Reprieves for offences against the United States, it cannot be in cases of impeachment, Article II, Section 2, Paragraph 1:
    “…and he shall have Power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”
    (Constitution of United States of America 1789 (rev. 1992)
    )
    Section 2 has the only powers of the President such as in Paragraph 2,

    “He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.”
    You may notice here that although the President has the power to appoint leaders, Congress can overturn these and place their own decisions if they feel that it would be “proper.” This is to say that Donald Trump has very limited power, the only time he has true absolute power is the full title of the president as outlined in Article II, Section 2, Paragraph 2, Line 1, “The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States,” this is Donald Trump’s only real power.

    Seth Myers is propagandist geek. This diatribe is a complete lie, designed to appease the trump deranged sheep. There is Nothing in the constitution stating that a person must incriminate themselves in a partisan “investigation”. If democrats want to give a subpeona to anyboby they must vote on formal impeachment charges. so the person they subpeona can present a defense and receive their do process.

    I’m sure Republicans will continue to claim they’re the party that “respects the laws and constitution” long after this administration has proven otherwise.
