It’s incredible how naturally Stephen fits into this position right from
    the start.

He’s funny and I like him a lot, but there’s no way he can replace Jon
Stewart. He just isn’t right for it. I hope I’m wrong, but I doubt it very
    much.

Am I wrong in hearing everyone call colbert Steven? I know it’s Stephen,
    but it sounds different.

Looks like Trevor’s got a good beat on this whole “politics” thing.

He nailed it on the head. Politics has become the science of avoiding a
faux pas to a point that nothing is said at all. People just want a
politician that will say *anything*, even if it’s just Trump’s school yard
    bullying.

Not even the Colbert BUMP can save this guy.:) He’ll run the Daily Show
into the ground within two years tops.

The awesomeness, it’s exploding! As is my computer after realizing that’s a
word. Not *that*, awesomeness. It’s a word. That’s cool.

A border wall with Mexico? Well, Republican candidate and current Wisconsin
Governor Scott Walker may disagree with you, because he wants to build a
wall between the US and Canada. As a Canadian myself, I think this is
    absurd.

…He didn’t watch it. When they were asked about the wall, they talk only
    about Mexicans…not Iran.
When they are asked about national security, then they go batshit crazy on
    Iran.
