Tracee Ellis Ross’ Children’s Book for Handsy Men

Our guest host Tracee Ellis Ross decided that since she had a big platform like this, she wanted to talk about the Hollywood sexual harassment scandal. Over the past two months, countless brave women have come forward to share their experiences and while Tracee isn’t totally surprised by these stories, it seems like quite a few men are. Treating women with respect shouldn’t be complicated but it seems to be a bit confusing for a lot of men. So Tracee wrote a children’s book for men to make this real simple for them. #TheHandsyMan

Women do it too. Men don’t come out because society thinks “men should like it.” Talk about a double standard. What about all those female teachers molesting high school and middle school boys? SMH

I love how the negative comments are coming from men. You echo the point boys, keep going. I like how she uses her platform, it may be a movement at the minute so its popular to address but it maintains the momentum stops the story dying out and encourages more people to come forward. The dialogue may be open but it’s time to start talking about solving the problem too.

Well done Tracee! Now send the book to the white house for the clown to read! It’s easy and pretty explanatory, I am sure he will understand! If he doesn’t, Melania can read it to him!
