That judge is just horrible :/ total bias in the jury selection process
ReplyHe should retire, or at least not handle cases involving any technology past ~1990.
ReplyWow, he sounds extremely incompetent
ReplyKind of ends the stereotype that a judge must be intelligent. Never even knew it was a stereotype until today.
ReplyUGHILOVETHIS

ReplyTypical male b.s. He’s gonna talk about nonsense and expect you to listen to him ramble.
ReplySenile people should not be allowed to be Judges.
ReplyHe knew he can say that and nothing will happen to him…the dude is a white old male judge…did you hear his ringtone rang saying that he was in the same circus clown show…LOL
ReplySo this is a tangent and I wouldn’t blame anybody for not reading it, but speaking of old judges, every single social security judge in my state is basically a fossil from the precambrian period. My doctors told me that I can’t work for my own safety and the safety of those around me due to my disabilities. I applied for social security, got denied, I appealed, got denied again, got help from a disability lawyer who got records and statements from my doctors explaining why I can’t work, went to a court hearing to appeal a final time. The judge was like 100 billion years old. He had a specialist on a conference call who was supposed to find out what work I _could_ do, but when she was reminded of some facts by my lawyer, she conceded that there was no job that I could do.
A while later I got my final determination letter from the judge. His ruling? Denial. His reasoning? “I disagree with your doctors’ assessments.” This judge had 0 medical training. Meanwhile, my doctors are some of the most knowledgeable and respected specialists in the area on my rare, disabling medical issues.
I reapplied earlier this year after I was accepted for Medicaid, with the help of a legal service offered by my Medicaid insurance. I should find out the decision any day now. The legal team seems pretty optimistic and told me that social security received well over a hundred pages of medical history. The more, the better, they said. Makes it harder for them to find a reason to deny me.
Some judges should just be in a museum of idiots, _especially_ the Rittenhouse judge. I didn’t know a judge could be more idiotic and malicious than the social security judges in my state who even tried to deny my friend with ALS who is basically paralyzed, but this clown proved me wrong.
