Terry’s a great guy! You don’t have to stand tall, just stand up. Or take a knee.

A compassionate man, it is difficult to aim for peace when vengeance is so appealing.

Wise words from Terry! Everyone should try to understand others perspective and cooperate more also outside their own communities

No Terry, your points on blackness aren’t deemed moot by some folks because you’re successful. There are far more successful black folks than you whose blackness isn’t questioned as often or readily. Some folks question your blackness because of the points you raise and the cases you make, bruh. Not saying it’s right to question anyone’s blackness or whiteness or whatever, but just pointing out the reasons you think they’re doing if for is completely wrong.

Guy spends his career on camera: backlights himself like someone in an interview who’s asked for their identity to be disguised

If this guy runs for office, I’m voting for him.

He’s probably too smart to subject himself to the process, though.

They need to show the true ugly face of the police. Not massage and whitewash police behaviour with comedy.

Terry is rather dim i wouldnt put too much weight on his words.

Watch the documentary 13th, on Netflix. If you want to illuminate the racial bias in the USA, that documentary will leave you in no doubt. Please talk about it. Yes, Ellen did mention it, but really, are you not bigger than that? Watch it. Talk about it.

I get what Terry is saying. No supremacy anywhere would be an amazing start. For people to consider equality among everyone would become even more difficult once one race dominates another

The perfect next season of Brooklyn nine nine would be one where someone within the department murders an innocent black man and the cast chooses to resign and then protest and demonstrate against the nypd

Lol it wasn’t taken out of context. He literally wrote that “Black supremacy” was coming. What he’s saying here is different than what he wrote. He shouldn’t blame context for not writing what he meant to write. I want to like him, I use to like him, but he’s coming off more and more like an asshole every time he talks about social justice issues. He’s all about Terry and what makes Terry money

First, I like Brooklyn 99 (our country got season 6 on Netflix just now!) and I like Terry (both Crews and Jeffords), and I habe no ill will for Seth Meyers, but I don’t like that they don’t discuss about the future of the show that much… Lying title…
Also, I get what Crews tried to say, but not only that he chose his words poorly, but it’s also kinda obvious. Every anti oppression movement need support from the non-oppresed. White people marched with Martin Luther King, and men marched for women’s sufforage. Of course the any current change will need support outside the black community. Not because of any white savior nonsense, but because it’ll be more effective against the system to see that everyone want this change.
In short, I believe Crews meant well, but I get why this tweet wasn’t received well…

Brooklyn nine nine was funny at first… but it’s just the family guy of sitcoms. Love how this guys trying to tell me how to not be racist, I don’t care if terry was white, everyone who makes a big deal out of racism are the racists.
