great show. love you samantha bee! lots of women worked in civil rights with MLK. my good friend Diane Nash organized and worked for years in civil rights and marched in Selma. We need a documentary on just these women. Glad to see 3 women founded BLM. great idea

It is quite annoying that people pull the it’s not the time to talk about it when that simply unethical politics to attempt to turn subjects into taboo. I know you wouldn’t believe it if you look at the state of things but there really is such thing as political ethics, unfortunately most politicians break every single rule some are so skilled they can do it in a single sentence. All of these issues need to be addressed and maintained because there are those who will fight tooth and nail to drag us back to a worse place, take voter suppression for example. Don’t you know you have to be a white male wealthy landowner to vote? Now even though we have fought to make it so everyone can vote doesn’t mean there are those who wont still enforce it by any form of voter suppression they can. The only argument towards let’s not talk of this now that has any Merit is what should we push now and what we should keep on the back burner? even if that’s Up For Debate we need to keep the heat on all of it lest it get cold and the disease creeps back in. In this universe good is not set to win and stories tend not to have happy endings that’s why we have to come in and fight to make it a possibility, so stay smart and win the fight for the soul of … let’s just say the country for now.

I like how this show makes connections and talks about things that tend to be left out elsewhere.

If you don’t get how a #Metoo person and a #BlackLivesMatter person can be the same, well. Person?

I think you don’t understand either movement.

It’s so aggravating when blue line defenders claim defunding police will lead to more burglaries, rapes, and murders, when cops are stealing, raping, and murdering while getting paid for it!
