    Yeah Europe isn’t really that progressive, our conservatives just aren’t fascists (mostly). But they’re still conservatives. I think because we generally don’t have winner-takes-all elections, which naturally over time gives rise to a two-party system, fascists aren’t that able to infiltrate the conservative parties. They have to have their own parties which then aren’t that popular with moderate conservatives. But conversely, that also means that the conservative parties are seldom completely rejected in Europe and mostly still have a hand in government.
