He should have Patton Oswalt as a guest and just debate Star Wars and other
    nerdly topics…that would be epic!

Luke secretly trains Kylo Ren to create an imbalance so strong in the force
that it awakens to rebalance itself. Also, Luke kills Han. Spoilers.

this idea’s pretty great, but I highly doubt the director understands the
source material for this movie. he also directed the Star Trek reboot
without the slightest understanding of what Star Trek was originally about.
it felt like watching a Michael Bay movie. ewwwww.

Even if he had somehow already seen the film, and this was an *actual*
    spoiler,
that sounds so good I wouldn’t even be mad, in fact, it’d be brilliant, and
one hell of a Star Wars film.

    UAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!! THIS COULD
FUCKING BE IT!!!! Wow, Stephen, you’ve nailed it again! Imagined that being
the actual plot! And since Disney actually likes showing the grey layers to
the villains in almost every Disney movie plot, that’s why I say that THIS
COULD VERY WELL FUCKING BE IT!!!

An interesting theory, but I’m not quite sure it’ll hold up. I mean would
this make Captain Phasma and Kylo Ren good guys? Captain Phasma is
literally a chrome stormtrooper. I think the Resistance is still the
underdog/good guys, but I’m guessing that not every character’s allegiance
is what it appears to be.

Stephen Colbert is so wizard when it comes to Star Wars. I still remember
his Colbert Report clip when he explained the cross blade lightsaber to us
scruffy looking nerfherders and established his position as the number 1
original fan. If his plot theory doesn’t come true when the movie comes out
less than two months now I’ll be shocked.

An open letter to Stephen: Dear Mr. Colbert, I greatly admire your sharp
wit, knowledge of world affairs, and testicular fortitude when it comes to
expressing your thoughts and opinions regarding said affairs. That said, I
believe it should be brought to your attention, that when you constantly
engage in Star Wars related dialogue, you are, in effect, alienating (no
pun intended) many of your viewing audience. Shocking as this may sound,
not all of us are fascinated by gay robots, a light saber wielding
sasquatch, or a tramp with cinnamon rolls on her head. You know, I was
thinking, in the 1960s the blacks finally had enough and stood up for their
rights, the LGBT community did the same circa 2005 – 2015, and now it’s our
turn – the non-starwars fans, or NSWF. The difference, however, between the
NSWF movement and the aforementioned, is twofold, i.e. 1) we are ALL
colors, not just one; 2) we include the heterosexual community (of which I
am a card carrying member). Let this open letter commence a movement, not
only across America, but across the globe! Never again shall we feel
pressured or compelled to feign interest. I believe it was John Quincy
Adams who once said, “weez gots rights, nigga.” Indeed – we have rights.
Thank you for your time and consideration, Stephen.
    Sincerely,
    Kevin

Nah. I think, based in the trailer, it’s just a storm trooper coming to
terms with how the empire is secular to itself, and struggle to finds
meaning until he discovers religion (the force) and help bring down the
empire once and for all. The best in scifi follows this motif (Star Wars,
    Firefly, Bladerunner, Equilibrium, 1985)

    Bored Now.

Sorry, was bored when the 4th film made its flimsy commercial over reach to
the box office and I am unlikely to bother seeing the new one any time in
the next few years. I still haven’t bothered to see any of the series after
    seeing the 4th film.
