Andrew Lloyd Webber flew into London especially so that he could vote in
the UK parliament against struggling working families receiving relief in
their taxes, he voted to cut these supports. He’s elitist scum. I’ll never
support any product or production of his ever again.

So the comments appear to be divided between show tune lovers and UK
    citizens who despise his politics.

honest, i just wish he played more tunes like that. I LOVED this segment.
    I’m so conflicted.

Andrew Lloyd Weber’s music is a terrific example of the idea that you don’t
have to be good to be popular.

I don’t particularly like Andrew Lloyd Weber’s music. I certainly disagree
with his politics. But just seeing Stephen doing his musical theater jam,
    heartwarming. Thank you.

I find it very troubling to hear someone say that Peron was a dictator.
It’s not the first time I’ve heard someone from another country say that. I
don’t expect anyone to know the history of my country (I’m argentinian) but
with the numerous actual dictatorships we went through here and all Latina
America, I can’t help but feel bad when I hear something like that,
especially someone who reaches such a big audience :/.

Stephen. Juan Domingo Perón and his wife Evita were not dictators. JDP was
    elected in democratic elections in Argentina three times. 1946-1952;
1952-1955 (derrocated by militars) and 1973-1974 (until his death). I can’t
bealive an inteligent man like you make that mistake.
