Hard to be respectful when the investigation Brett got to be a SCJ was shorter than any investigation I’ve witnessed in the federal court system.

(Aside from Larry Nassars complete lack of investigation at all, of course) Seems like a “if you know the boss you get in” kind of job now. Not really an earned position.

I can’t think any one of them is deserving of their jobs anymore, sorry. They don’t get real investigations like we would have to go through if we were accused of harming someone.

The rich have their own justice system. Just uninterested in even trying to listen to priviledged people anymore.

Justice Sotomayor is one of the better justices. What kind of institution doesn’t allow questions about the institution or it’s members? Is it part of the United States government? It’s high time to reform the supreme court. Term limits, more justices and way more transparency.
