ReplyLegit started sleeping an hour earlier and it’s been amazing
ReplySleep hygiene is incredibly important, take it from an insomniac. The few times I actually get a reasonable nights sleep I feel less stress, depressed, achy, and can actually have the energy and focus to complete tasks. Dudes got the right idea
ReplyI prioritize sleep and have for decades. My work career consisted of working 12+ hours a day, 7 days a week for months at a time, the last gig was for a solid year straight, without a day off, working 7 days a week. There’s been instances where I would sleep for 10 hours, get up and eat, hit the bathroom and then sleep another 6-8+ hours. Trying to get the brain to shut off is a challenge most nights.
ReplyMy new year’s resolution every year since I was born was do less black tar heroine. I’ve always gone above and beyond cause I’ve never done black tar heroine… So… I guess I’ve also failed? One sec I gotta do a ton of black tar heroine so that next year is a great year.
ReplyMy family sleeps with eyes partially open. Lol. Now we know why we were not born in Africa.
