To find out how it was done, you just need the H. R Giger book on the Alien film, it explains how the scene was created with in-depth descriptions and some photos no less.

Had to take my little sister out of the theater to the bathroom. She almost hurled. It was awesome on the big sceen. I’m not much for bloody movies but this was not expected. Love all the ALIEN movies except #3.

Ripley is to Sigourney what Neo is to Keanu.

I’ve watched the film but forgotten this part…?

    Sigourney…always the strong woman…
Her portrayal of intelligent and dependable characters is always amazing.
Hope to see her in movies again…
