ReplyAlways (if possible) pack an extra pair of shoes. The ones you intend to wear and a pair shoved in the bottom of or tied to the outside of whatever bag you plan to bug out with. Switch them out every day so your feet don’t rot. Stuffing them with wadded up newspaper does a great job of drying them out when you aren’t wearing them. Powdered cinnamon either in your shoes or on your feet can work wonders as well.
