I thought when he mentioned that black folks are conservative he would’ve elaborated on that. Instead Rep. Scott started on the republican record from 2016-2020. I was giving the brother the benefit of doubt but the politician came out.

Charter schools are a joke! They ignore special needs students and kick out tough students… It’s a lot less expensive to teach kids you hand pick bc they don’t need extra attention or other resources. Not to mention many are just profit centers for investors.

Thanks for doing this interview Trevor! Tim Scott was right when he said you do your job very well. As a dem these past 61 yrs, I would actually be interested in sitting down with Mr. Scott to understand his views.

He makes a joke after every difficult question, turns to the the audience and says something to get a reaction.

Then after everyone forgot the question, he twists it around and answers his own question

I considered myself “conservative” for quite a long time… Then the “conservative” party got hijacked

Senator Scott, you being a black Republican, and telling your story of disadvantage in the United States just because of being black, the fact that you still vote party over country and over people, makes you a walking oxymoron. Wake up! The people needs you much more than the GOP.
