I don’t understand how Colbert, who despises Trump, can entertain Sanders & his failing campaign. Sanders is done, let’s move on!! Colbert, remember how much you kissed Trumps ass.

Reminds me of George McGovern, in 1968. After RFK was assassinated, he was the progressive’s choice, but he ended up endorsing Humphrey’s bid in a race against Nixon. Very bad times!

meh, not a fan of the ‘everyone gets their paycheck’ plan. what about those that make most of their income from tips? gig workers, seasonal workers, (hookers???) and which paycheck to they base the payment on? the last one? average for last financial year? base wage before tips?… too many cracks for too many people to fall through, and no, I don’t have a better idea…

I am Canadian, I really wish you American’s would see how imperative it is to have one part of your government being liberal. We are NOT progressive. I live in a red “state” (we call provinces”. I had the government put into my account 3500 and I get money every month from them. If I am sick, I get to go to the hospital for free ( I could have an extended vacation there, and still not have a bill)…. Pls Pls get it, its what EVERY COUNTRY DOES but yours…

Here is why America will not have a single payer healthcare system

    1. Young people are either too busy just trying to get by or they have the attention span of a gnat.
    2. Boomers finally moved up a rung on the ladder and hate the thought of anybody else not suffering to gain ground as they did.
    3. Old people….well, one word, “communism”

I’m sorry, but Biden and Trump could barely put a coherent sentence together if they worked with each other. Our system is absolutely f@#ked. One guy is on the verge of hospice care and the other needs to be incarcerated. I give up 30%+ income off the top for this crap, can’t afford medical, can’t pay student loans, and don’t know if I’ll be homeless or not in the coming months. Biden should be stepping down.

I cannot imagine a coherent, productive conversation such as this with Joe Biden. He’s a huge phony. Bernie Sanders will accomplish more out of office than Biden will as president. If he gets elected, big if.

We will look back in regret that this great man who stands up for his beliefs for so many years and who has fought for the little person in American was let down by the voters. He stood up for you whilst you sat down at home and did nothing.

🙁 Bernie, you are far too precious. The US definitely doesn’t deserve you. Please do take care of yourself and of your well being too.
