Such a horrible situation to see someone who we have always enjoyed for humor and levity and realize all of the underlying pain and frustration.

Stop talking about “racism” if color is not relevant. Morgan Freeman said it well: https://youtu.be/gFP4dJHJXoI

All of these individual stories are valuable for understanding the perception that people hold, but they are usually impossible to attribute to racism. Personal experience can lead to an emotional state where you see a cause in something that is not there.

Now do the same thing with every single minority including Italians, Irish, German, ECT. Our voices need to be heard too.

Thanks Conan. Now is the time for us white people to listen. Also, thank you for showing that we are not all racist. Hell, being of Irish descent like yourself I would happily marry a black woman, not only cuz I’m not racist, but I think my DNA could use some help! (Of course that’s a joke, so please don’t take that all wrong folks). As a fellow artist our crafts bring levity and gravity simultaneously, and that’s the art of life. Thanks again man that clip has class. P. S. Thank you to Sam because your point about education is crucial. Knowledge is the opposite of ignorance, and education is that cure. Peace

Proof that cops are trained to be insane, hystrionic and dismissive of black lives. Systemic racism doesn’t necessarily mean intentional but it’s still SYSTEMIC.

Conan, if you read these, please use your 160 IQ and Harvard education to critically evaluate the changing attitudes in this country and come to a logical conclusion on the way we are headed. A handful of centrists attempting to bridge the divide are not going to make up for the millions pacing out a steady trek toward chaos and destruction. Please heed this and get yourself and your family to a safe (rural and self-sufficient) location before the unrest escalates further.

This kind of conversation between blacks and whites is long overdue. Thanks Conan for this encouragement.

I’m the same age and growing up, I never saw any of the racism he’s saying he’s experienced. He’s a fictional story teller. Racism is pretty much non existent today. It’s created by people like him. Blm people are the most racist of all.
How about saying black lives matter TOO, instead of rambling on about nonsense? You are a racist and don’t even know it or will ever acknowledge it.

As a person not living in America. My question is why did Sam and his family move to a country which they seem to hate and clearly makes them so angry. Why move out of Ghana?
