    Here’s the thing that I don’t get about N-word. It was used to define people with dark skin. Then it became a word to intimidate and discriminate people with dark skin. So why does this word get adopted by some in the black community when they should’ve hated it and buried the word? Is it because they are just ignorance about the actual meaning behind the word and use it to define friends/relatives with the same skin color instead?
