ReplyNice spin on racism. The rivers and streams south of the fall line are black water. The flooding in Atlanta is dye to over-developement of the region, not a police training center. Many major cities have the same problems with flooding during excessive rain.

ReplyCop City = A Police State • Blueshirts patrolling • acting on & furthering ongoing systemic biases; more violence against primarily Black & Indigenous American Citizens ‐ REAL American Humans who don’t have to be *wh¡te* (gasp!); against many other Visible Minorities; against the Poor, the Addicted, the Suffering, the Homeless, Autistic, & anyone seen as a different sort (a threat to fashie conformists • so comforting to all without imagination, education, nor a love & appreciation for the evolutionarily beneficial nature of diversity• nor an appreciation for our planet’s default being symbiotic reciprocity & progress•nor any respect‐ not a slight grasp even ‐ of both hard & soft sciences).
But I suppose the Lobbied Politicians need to work for the fruition of the vile profiteering prisons they’ve put in place & keep filling with mostly non‐criminals (in a sane world & I’m fine with serial killers & abusers of others going to prison but not the ongoing influx of mostly Black & Poor Americans set up to fail, &/or actively compelled to crime due to elaborate stings surrounding the continuing of archaic backarseward laws ℅ wrongful ideas re: drugs, addiction, the cost of living, & mental illnesses).
Expanding violent systems catalysed by the batpoo reaction to ‘Wh¡te‐frenzy’ outcries against protesting the continuance of brutal lethal police violence (protesting somehow criminal IF it’s for the Human Right to live a life withOut an ongoing threat of death by cop {as cops famously fear melanin}; despite protesting BEING a *constitutional Right* •or does the precious constitution ONLY matter when its about guns & the perceived freedumb to use hate-speech online?), & protesting myriad other problems due to zero progress/overhaul to all of 🇺🇸’s systemic ills beyond violence which have yet to bear addressing let alone solving is disheartening & feels cartoonishly villainous at this point. The apathy towards the working poor & the ever‐increasing % of a RICH AF Nation’s poor & oppressed peoples is heinous. A nation left without any gov’t plans for solving these exponentially worsening,excessively exacerbated horrors ‐ things which people are elected & paid to solve – primarily with the tax‐$s OF the poor (& not the 1٪ overlords who pay EXPONENTIALLY LESS every time tax laws are revised to favour the lobbying wealthy corporate bastardos) – can only result in *either* an *eventual* & deeply depressing but last resort measure ‐ a coup/sad violent revolt • *OR* • a step from the imaginary guide: “How To Recreate The Fall Of Rome For Greedy Leaders”.

ReplyThe militarization of the police has been going on for years. Like our own military which even 10 NATO countries budget combined doesn’t equal ours, we see an increase in funding, not defunding. The recent military budget that just past, congress gave the military actually more money then they asked for! Even though in America, we have more guns than citizens, most Americans don’t own a gun (the ones that do own multiple). I feel less safe when I see the police with heavy military gear.

Cops are abusing their power and a investigation needs to be done for the killing of the young protester!
