If it is “literally” the same thing, why do only white government officials get reported in the news? You got black kids to disabled victims in the news for police brutality and killings, but you hear nothing about white victims despite the numbers suggesting they get more. Hell, you get more coverage about way more white serial shooters than police victims. Try searching white victim police brutality, you get more things about black victims. Not the same thing.

Not “Your friend and helper”, not even “bouncer payed with tax money” but “God with a badge” is how many American policemen apparently see themselves. It’s not healthy for society, to put it mildly.

The not passing cops thing is truly bizarre.

I’ve never heard of that no passing cop thing. I do it all the time. I guess it’s just a NY thing. As for the Roger Stone thing, I’m with Che on this. “Was it excessive? Yes…and I wish it was worse.”.

Huh, I’ve never had a cop do that to me, and I’ve driven past them before. I wonder why Trevor would have that experience in America and I wouldn’ – Oh.

in no way did they use the same force on stone as they do black folk. the fbi agents were dressed in normal uniforms with just vests, and they knocked on the door. keep in mind there is uncontroverted evidence that stone had threatened the life of a government witness, and that he stands accused of basically selling america out to a hostile foriegn government.

now cut to the execution of an arrest and search warrant on a, oh, say, pot dealer who’s black, who has threatened no one’s life. full tactical swat uniforms making them look like roided up robot transformers, body shields, big guns, and then proceeding to bust down the door with a battering ram and put guns to the heads of sleeping children. happens all the time, all over america. stone said shortly after his arrest (and release on a quarter million dollar ~signature~ bond) that the agents treated him with utmost courtesy.

So they did stop you without a reason? Isn’t that illegal in the US? Here it is. I have been in several „checks“ before I drive a Supra (very rare here). One did a speed control with a speedgun but of the other lane, not mine. He took a look over his shoulder and noticed me driving in his direction and stopped me. I asked what for and since he obviously only wanted to look my car, his response was „you got some rust on the rims“. Here in Luxembourg, that is not a valid explanation and I asked for his license number. By the look of his face, you could tell he just shat his uniform because they are held accountable here and he knew that if I would report it, he would get some consequences.

I’ve honked at a cop in America, he was in front of me waiting to take a left turn the wrong way down a one way. I probably wouldn’t have done it if I were black though.

When I was on a student exchange in the US, some of my friends were driving and a cop car came up behind them. First they put on the lights, then the siren, but the girls just thought – we’re right by our house, let’s just pull into the driveway. There they stopped and got out of the car as if nothing happened. I still think, man, they could have been shot for doing that. (Correct me if I’m wrong).

Trevor has a way to put into words exactly what his Viewers feel but cannot form into their own words.

I admire you Trevor Noah, you are my hero.

This reminds me of a time when I was younger there was a police officers driving in front of me and he was driving really slow an overpass with a turn was coming up and he reduced his speed way under the speed limit 15 mph under the turns speed limit and I was not tail gating him but I got close to it. My wife was with me and my friend that always seemed to be in trouble. My friend was freaking out. The police officers braked hard nearly stopping at the first turn after the overpass and turned. I slowed nearly to a stop and honked my horn at the officer as he took the turn and I continued. I said to me wife and friend watch he’s going to come back around and pull me over. My friend was freaking out even more and the police officers came behind me with sirens on. I poledover and my friend did his best to calm him self. As the officer walked up I said “you know the speed limit is and it is under the overpass on that turn and you did not use your blinker when you took that turn.” “Well I was going to give you a situation for improper use of horn but I will let you go this time ” said the officer and he turned and walked back to his car. He was trying to make me break a traffic law but when I pointed out all of what he did he backed down with an excuse. When the cop was gone and we were back on our way my friend told me when ever you get the chance do that again.

They complained about cohen before they took his 16 phones and accumulated a million documents. Crooks in government want special treatment and can pay a fortune to crooked attorneys to make dubious interpretatations of the law. But we do need a wall to keep out deparately poor people and use DACA kids as bargaining chips while suicide rates from opioid deaths go through the roof. Just like Nixon, Naranjar Panda will resign because he won’t have an option. Should we really be suprised when an ” As seen on TV President ” and son of a jailed billionaire are in charge of the country. Anyone one got a free Trumpy bear i can give to the dog?
