Stephen remembers President George H.W. Bush’s life, legacy, and a video he shot for ‘The Colbert Report’ in 2009.
the last president? Jimmy Carter still alive
This is not remembering George H W Bush, this is trying to get ratings with tasteless jokes. No class, Colbert, no class…..
Keep that in mind^
Dotard Trump will never be beloved even if he lies and says he is the most beloved president ever.
Stephen you should have honored President George HW Bush not make jokes.
He was a fucking murderous war criminal. Church taught him well.
So everybody is forgetting how HW Bush openly stated in a debate that gay people deserved to die from AIDS, because it was their choice to be gay? How about the 2 million Iraqi children he killed?
I really like to know, what all the people will say in the ceremony when Trump will be dead.
I don’t think Trump would laugh… he would just think its accurate 😛
all presidents were warcriminals, colbert is a corporate shill
?????? ” ….I rubbed my butt on this desk!..” too hilarious for me, I’m crying ???????????????
I finally get that joke in Hot Shots Part Deux with the Japanese prime minister.
Lost so much respect for Stephen
GHW Bush said that atheists should not be considered citizens. The world became a better place as soon as he was no longer in it.
Jimmy Carter was a decent president but has been a great and amazing ex-President. I’m glad he’s still with us, even if he has been less active of late.
*Bush Sr. apposed desegregation of Texas, as director of the CIA he authorized medical experimentation on humans using syphilis, and He, Rumsfeld, Cheney and Kissinger employed the “shock and awe” tactic to attack civilian targets which killed approximately 400,000 Iraqis. He undoubtedly oversaw Jebs rigging of the Florida elections, and planted his son Jr. in the white house. He was an evil and vile person and is now burning in hell. Stephen Colbert is a alt-reich neocon sellout.*
So there was a time where a President was…..Decent?!
Didn’t people used to hate him?
