One more thing Ricky does not understand, there are only about 300 “Climate

Here’s a big difference between the average Conservative/Republican and the
average Liberal/Democrat. When I hear “facts” like this, my first thought
is that, if true, it would really cause me to change my mind on the issue
being discussed. And sometimes, the facts are true and I do change my mind
on the issue (although usually the “fact ” is completely made up as in this
case). And that’s because I don’t have my mind made up ahead of time and
instead base my opinion on the best available information.

The average Conservative/Republican, on the other hand, makes up their mind
ahead of time based on what they WANT to be true (usually because it
matches their ideology and/or religious beliefs) and no amount of “facts”
presented (whether true or false) will cause them to doubt their beliefs.
Of course, if the “facts” actually support their position, they will
trumpet them as proof that they were right all along.

It’s fine to the correct him, but at the end of the day, anyone who would
believe Maher already knows this by now, and anyone who would believe
Santorum doesn’t care what Maher has to say anyway. That’s how polarized we
are. In part because it’s not about facts, it’s about which politician can
gather the most rubes together so the donors will throw them money like
    they’re whores.

Citizens United needs to be reversed immediately as a start to fix this so
rich donors don’t control politics anymore and facts can actually matter
    again.

What is it with conservatives, there are so many cases like this with
republicans pulling “facts” straight from their ass yet there is never any
    repercussions for them..

Us Republicans rarely get our facts from bloggers, usually we have much

Could careless for climate change, they’ll spend more time debating it than
reaching solutions. Once damage is done and is being done as we speak, it’s
going to take hundreds of years to undo. I just really want to see Rick and
his ilk drown and die. Fitting end for idoits

This coming from Bill? He himself doesn’t fact check HIS bullshit on
climate change or the gender pay gap. The so called consensus on climate
authored by the UN that bill uses to call others stupid, is completely
bullshit and BILL is fucking arrogant dumb fuck! lol

This is one of the reasons I like Maher while others hate him… He calls

So, that 57% of scientists surveyed only disagreed on the exact CO2
concentration in the atmosphere? That is so damn trivial at this point. If
meaningful change doesn’t happen, what will become of this beautiful world?
CO2 is well on the rise these days.

In London and a few other places some Muslims have declared certain areas
hinder sharia law hitting women who are not in the proper clothes, tried
banning alcohol anybody breaking sharia law got a beating,, and has taken
the police months to stomp it out, it’s plain and simple you can not force
religion on others and it can not come fast enough that the government
grows a pair of brass nuts.

YAYYY!!! I’m so glad you did that bc I went to the blog right after that
aired, and I was shocked a POTUS candidate would use statistics not only
from a blog that doesn’t use facts to make their case, but one that spouts
all kinds of junk science and conspiracy theories! Annnnnndddd, if people
like Rush and Jones are using it, you can pretty much guarantee it is
bullshit! Be terrified if any of these crazy people take office!

They are lying corporate spokespeople. In other words – slimy pricks who

Bill should correct the record about what Pataki said on his latest show.
Yes, over 6 million people are employed part time because they can’t get
full time work. But to claim that this is the ACA’s fault is difficult to
demonstrate, since there were over 9 million when it was passed.

The only thing that can be done about CO2 from humans is going electric.

Solar Panels, Electric cars and other such non-coal and non-gas resources.

    What’s holding it back ?

    The monetary system.

Coal and Oil are cheap while Solar panels and Teslsa cars are expensive.

    What’s the solution ?

    Remove the monetary-market system.

Automation will eventually end the labor for income game.
