Trump is essentially living in his own safe space, where anyone who criticizes him in any way is fake news, and enemy of the American people. Where lies are more valuable than the truth. Where alternative facts have replaced facts. Where fear mongering feeling based arguments are more valuable than statistics and studies. And where (as we are now learning) his staff must go out of there way to fabricate positive stories of him to protect his fragile little ego. He is truly the ultimate hypocrite.

If this was John Oliver he would have actually inserted that into the ads of Fox News. 🙂

The willingness of Fox News and Breitbart News to accept submitted stories from the Trump administration, with the apparent purpose of managing the President doesn’t really speak well of their editorial control policies, ethics or grasp of the role of journalists in society, does it ?

Honestly I’m not familiar with all the award shows going on in Hollywood, but if there’s one for the best talk show in the industry – Stephen deserves it more than anybody else! I like John Oliver too, but Stephen’s executions of the jokes, his style, his body language – his overall performance – have been superior thus far.
