And Tango Makes Three is one of my childhood favorites and I literally can’t think of a reason for it to be banned other than straight-up homophobia. Maybe they should just ban every book in which any person has any relationship ever.

I didn’t do well in school. In short, serious family problems.
I bought a GED book, read it and took a test to get into the military.
I dont remember which was which regarding a GED test and the military exam.
I scored 89% on one and 91% on the other.
The recruiting officer spoke to my teachers wanting to know why my school grades were so bad when I scored so well on those two tests.
Honestly speaking, they concluded I was insane.
They didn’t believe that I read a book.
I learned a thing or two from that experience.
1.) Reading books gives me insane powers!
2.) The next book to be banned by Republicans might be a GED book.
    A side note.
My mother suffered from many medical issues and died at 53. She was taking lots of meds.
I wanted to join the military for the GI bill education benifits to become a pharmacist.
I wanted to be a pharmacist to be knowledgeable about the meds my mother was taking. I suspected it was the meds causing her medical problems.
I wanted to be a pharmacist to save my mother’s life!
I will never forgive my teachers or that recruiter for concluding that I must be insane and not believing me when told them that I read a book.

There’s suppose to be a separation between religion and government but there to isn’t in the US .. basictly the government is run the religious cults. If a ethiest wants to have a abortion … Or anyone from any other religion .. how are you going impose a ban on that person’s right to choose if they belong to a totally different religion or affiliation

I loved reading rainbow even though I was watching it with kids as it was past my time. Plus I really love star trek. This is spot on I saw it and knew that he must be outraged at the banning of books.

America in 2022, sad state of affairs. Book burnings, book banning, right wing extremism, voter suppression, racism, and on & on ! If didn’t know any better I would think that list came from the 1930’s Germany

First thank you LeVar Burton for helping to instill a love for reading in my children and myself I feel you should be honored by the all the parents of the US for this job and thank you Noah for once again using show to highlight the injustice of racism against all children and adults alike
