Why would any rap be admissible in a court? Isn’t using the lyrics in court a copyright violation (Using the art in a way that the creator never intended?) Why isn’t the ACLU all over this? Freedom of speech, just watch what you say.
ReplyCan DL get his show back?
ReplyThey did say an eyewitness account too
ReplySir Eddie Griffin said rappers talk too much.
ReplyHow do you prove lyrics are not fictional beyond a reasonable doubt? You can’t.

ReplySame with the Rittenhouse video on tape saying he wishes he had his AR to shoot people the night before he did n it wasn’t allowed in court
ReplyMy niece told me that two of those rappers wrote songs about trying to unalive each other and it was true they had a beef and tried to unalive each other. I just shook my head because I couldn’t believe someone can be that dumb.
ReplyI have been watching true crime for a long time and I have seen people who have said they wanted to unalive their spouse and that was used against them. I have seen where people just got insurance policies and that was used as evidence against them. I bet that there is other evidence other than those lyrics for those in that Rico case. This is a Rico case it takes years and mountains of evidence. They are very rarely lost because of all the time put into them.
The rappers are guilty of being Black. That’s what this is all about.
ReplySnitches on themselves and then gets upset they go to jail. Tf lol
ReplyMan, as someone from outside of the USA, I never thought that sketch by Key and Peel was based on real-life events. Crazy.
